MIGRATION PERIOD, Pseudo-Imperial coinage. Circa late 3rd century AD. AR (19mm, 3.13 g, 11h). Contemporary imitation. Laureate head left / Uncertain male figure advancing right, holding buckler and sword, branch to lower left. Sergeev – but cf. 220-231 (for similar series). Toned, light porosity. Good Fine. Extremely rare and unpublished. This series likely originates with an indeterminate tribe in central eastern Europe.
