Constantine II. As Caesar, AD 316-337. Æ Follis (18mm, 1.84 g, 6h). Contemporary imitation. Copying official issues of the Arelate (Arles) mint, struck under Constantine I circa AD 326-327. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / City gate with four turrets, without doors; ARL. Cf. RIC VII 305, 315, 322 (for obverse prototype) and 304, 313-314, and 321 (for similar reverse prototype). Dark brown surfaces. Near EF. An imitation “muled” with an obverse of Constantine II paired with the reverse of Constantine I.
