Struck under Septimius Severus, circa AD 202-205. Draped bust of Plautilla vis-à-vis laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Caracalla, seen from behind; c/ms: helmeted head of Roma within circular incuse, and ΘEOY within rectangular incuse / Hecate standing facing, head left, wearing kalathos, holding patera and torch; at feet left, dog standing left, looking right. RPC V.2 Online 69182; SNG Leypold 850. For c/ms: Howgego 188; 536. Red-brown surfaces, light porosity, short flan crack, slight doubling on reverse. Good VF.
