Divus Augustus. Died AD 14. Æ As (33.5mm, 10.47 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck under Tiberius, circa AD 22/23-30. Radiate head left / Altar, with closed, double-panelled door; acroteria above to left and right. RIC I 81 (Tiberius). Red-brown and green patina, some smoothing. Near EF. Boldly struck on both sides on a broad flan.
