Laureate bust right, drapery on left shoulder / Winged caduceus with serpent heads, each wearing (pschent) crowns; L I Z (date) across field. Köln –; Dattari (Savio) 8878 var. (obv. bust type); K&G 35.623 var. (obv. bust type and legend); RPC IV.4 1619.1 (this coin); Emmett 1739.17 (R5). Dark green patina, some porosity. Near VF. Extremely rare.
