Laureate bust right, slight drapery on left shoulder / ΦΘЄMΦ, Isis standing right, head left, wearing basileion, right hand lowered, holding young Harpocrates/Herakles sitting on lotus flower, hand to mouth, club over shoulder in left; L IA (date) to right.
