ROMAN PROVINCIAL, PISIDIA. Antiochia. Julia Domna. Augusta, AD 193-217. Æ (23.5mm, 6.67 g, 6h). Struck AD 203. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / Mên standing facing, head right, crescent on shoulders and wearing Phrygian cap, left foot on bucranium, holding pine cone-tipped scepter and Nike; to left, cock standing left. Krzyźanowska dies XVII/36; RPC V.3 Online 74365; SNG BN 1121 var. (same obv. die; rev. legend). Green patina, light smoothing. Near EF. Extremely rare, only two recorded in RPC. Finer than either recorded specimen.
