HADRIANVS AVG COS III P P, bareheaded bust left, slight drapery / RESTITVTORI ACHAIAE, Hadrian, bareheaded, togate, standing left, holding volumen in left hand and extending right to raise up Achaea, draped, kneeling right; in center, palm frond in vase.
