Laureate head right / Pius standing right, laureate and togate, holding long scepter, clasping hands with Marcus Aurelius, standing left, bareheaded and togate. Köln 1569 var. (bust); Dattari (Savio) 2126 var. (same); K&G 35.395 var. (same); RPC IV.4 1028; Emmett 1387.11 (R3). Toned, light roughness. VF. Very rare.
