[IM]P CAE L SEP SE V PERT AVG II C, laureate head right / CERER FRV G II COS, Ceres standing left, holding two grain ears and torch. RIC IV 370B/370A (for obv./rev. types); RSC 69c/69b (for obv./rev. types). Small flan flaw on obverse, a few scratches on reverse. Good VF. A rare variety.
