Caracalla. AD 198-217. AR Denarius (18.5mm, 3.55 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck AD 213. Laureate head right / LIBERALITAS AVG VIII, Liberalitas standing left, holding abacus and leaning on reversed rudder. RIC 220 corr. (rudder); RSC 135b corr. (abacus not tessera). Toned with some iridescence. Good VF. Very rare. Five examples in CoinArchives, some misdescribed.
