Countermark: HULL and C&B in incuse letter punches / Justice standing facing, holding sword and scales; bale to left, barrel to right. Countermarks: HULL and three crowns in individual punches. Edge: center grained. Withers 1040 note; Davis 139 (for example without countermark). Brown surfaces. Near VF.
