THRACE, Chersonesos. Circa 386-338 BC. AR Hemidrachm (13.5mm, 2.30 g). Forepart of lion right, head reverted / Quadripartite incuse square with alternating raised and sunken quarters, VE monogram to right of pellet and pentagram below [pellet] in opposite sunken quarters. McClean –; HGC 3, 1437; BMC 43. A little off center, minor edge cuts, area of flat strike on reverse. Good VF.
