[IMP] GORDIANVS PIV[S FELIX AVG], laureate and cuirassed half-length bust right, wearing aegis on pectoral, holding scepter in left hand over left shoulder / PONTIFEX [MAX TR P IIII], COS II PP in exergue, Gordian in spread quadriga facing, holding branch and eagle-tipped scepter; Victory crowning him from behind; two soldiers at side of horses.
