Laureate and cuirassed bust right / Genius standing left, wearing modius on head, holding patera in right hand and cornucopia in left; S|F//PLN. RIC VI –; C&T 8.02.004. Brown patina, traces of silvering, some cleaning scratches on obverse. Near EF. Very rare. This obverse legend for Licinius is not recorded in either RIC VI or VII. Only three examples of this coin are known, all from the same obverse die. |
