Rosette-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Roma seated facing and Constantinopolis seated slightly left on double throne, each holding scepter and supporting shield between them inscribed VOT/ XX/ MVLT/ XXX in four lines; SMN(B[with tail]).
