PHRYGIA, Sebaste. temp. Septimius Severus. AD 193-211. Æ (17mm, 2.33 g, 5h). CEBACTH, draped half-length bust of Tyche left, turreted, holding vertical scepter and cornucopia / CEBACTH NΩN, river-god Sindros reclining left, holding reed resting elbow on urn from which water flows. Unpublished. Dark brown patina, minor porosity and deposits. VF. Very rare.
