Lot of two (2) Near East and Sassanian seals. Ancient Near East and Sassanian. ANE seal – 1st Mill. BCE. Sassanian seal – 224-651 CE. (17 and 14 mm) A lot of two seals. ANE seal is a cylinder shaped cachet with piercing at top. On face, a frog splayed flat with all four legs spread wide. The Sassanian seal is an O type cachet with piecing centrally (filled). On the face, a bull lays recumbent facing left. VF, intact. Website shipping rates do not apply.
