Silver torque fragments. Thracian. c. 5th-3rd centuries BCE. (7.4 mm) Several pieces of a silver torque. Evidence of twisting and well thought out design, along with finials. The piece was probably broken and twisted once it was buried, a practice common of the Thracians to destroy the magics of the piece so it couldn’t again be used. Toned.
