POTTERY. Magna Graecia. Campania. 6th-4th Cent. BCE. 90 mm tall x 145 mm wide). A Blackware oil lamp with squat, round foot supporting a larger squat round body with a very thin nozzle with round widened lip. Centrally, the lid has a bordered area with 6 piercings to accept oil. At approximately 95 degrees to the left, a small round handle extends from the lid. Minor losses only on surface, with patina visible in portions. One chip on edge of central receptacle for oil, otherwise intact.
