Diademed and draped bust of Nike right, wearing single-pendant earring and necklace; trophy and reversed L behind / River god Aisaros standing facing, crowning himself with wreath in his right hand, holding scepter in his left; to right, incense altar. Arslan dies 57/81’; Scheu 14; SNG ANS 19; HN Italy 1960. Good VF, dark find patina, light cleaning marks.

Arslan refines Scheu’s chronology to a small degree, dating the Hera/Zeus type to 214/13-211/10 BC, and the Nike/Aisaros to 211/10-203 BC.
