Victoria dei gratia britanniar • reg:f:d•, crowned Gothic bust left / tueatur unita deus anno mdcccxlvii, crowned cruciform coats-of-arms of England, Scotland, and Ireland around central Garter Star; rose, thistle and shamrock in quarters composed of arches ending in lis. decus (rosette) et (rosette) tutamen (crown) anno (rosette) regni (rosette) undecimo (rosette) on edge. ESC 288; SCBC 3883. EF, lightly toned, minor field marks.

Only about 8,000 proof specimens were struck.
