CALABRIA, Tarentum. Alexander the Molossian. King of Epeiros, 350-330 BC. AV Hemilitra (0.66 g, 3h). Struck circa 333-331/0 BC. Radiate head of Helios facing slightly left / AL-EX, thunderbolt. Vlasto, Alexander, type 6; Vlasto 1864-1865; Hunterian 2; De Luynes 1892 (all from the same obv. die). Good VF, underlying luster, tiny punch on reverse.
