KINGS of MACEDON. Antigonos II Gonatas. Second reign, 273-239 BC. AR Tetradrachm (17.11 g, 9h). Amphipolis mint. Struck circa 271/0 BC. Horned head of Pan left, wearing goat skin, lagobolon over shoulder, in boss of a Macedonian shield / Athena Alkidemos advancing right; Macedonian helmet to inner left, monogram to inner right. Touratsoglou 47-48; SNG München 1074-1078 var. (monogram); SNG Alpha Bank 989 var. (monogram). Good VF, toned. Well centered strike.
