[Roman Imperial] Lot of four (4) ROMAN Æ. Lot includes: Livia. Augusta. Died 29 AD. Æ Dupondius (28mm, 13.12 g, 6h). Diademed head of Justitia right / S.C. RIC I 46 (Tiberius) // Trajan. 98-117 AD. Æ Quadrans (15mm, 2.11 g, 5h). laureate bust right, drapery on far shoulder / She wolf crouching left. RIC II 694 // Vespasian. 69-79 AD. Æ As (27mm, 9.40 g, 6h). Laureate head right / Eagle standing facing, on globe (tooled to resemble a pedestal). RIC II 497 // Nerva. 96-98 AD. Æ As (27mm, 11.40 g, 6h). Laureate head right / Clasped hands. RIC II 79. The first three of these have etched surfaces, apparently from long immersion in water. In addition, all three have artificial coloring. The Vespasian is heavily tooled as well.
