SICILY, Selinos. Circa 455-409 BC. AR Tetradrachm (25mm, 17.32 g). Artemis driving quadriga right, Apollo beside her drawing bow; grain in exergue / River-god Selinos standing left, drapery around waist hung over left arm, sacrificing from phiale over lighted altar in right hand and holding branch in left; rooster on altar, bull on basis and selinon leaf to right. Schwabacher 17 (Q5/S15); SNG ANS 696 (same obverse die); Jameson 722 (same dies). VF, toned.
