Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from front / Minerva standing left, shield at feet, holding thunderbolt and reverted spear. RIC II -; cf. Metcalf, Cistophori type 68, 305/type 115, 390 (obv. die/rev. type); BMCRE -; RSC -. VF, obverse struck with slightly rusty dies. Overstruck on a cistophorus of Mark Antony and Octavia (cf. RSC 3). Unique and unknown to Metcalf.

Metcalf assigned the reverse type, known from a single specimen (SNG von Aulock 6613), to an uncertain Mint D, while the obverse die he placed at uncertain Mint A, where it is struck with both a bundle of grain ears and Tyche Soterios as reverses. Minerva is unrecorded at Mint A.
