IMP CAES M AVR ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, bearded, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from front, wearing horn / P M TR P IIII COS III P P, S C across field, Elagabalus standing left, sacrificing out of patera over lighted and garlanded altar and holding cypress branch; star in left field. RIC IV 326; BMCRE 446; Cohen 200. Good VF/VF, choice brown and red patina. Very rare variety with horned bust; no bull on reverse.
