Inebriated Dionysos reclining left, holding kantharos, on back of an ass standing right; before, crow standing right on branch / MEN-DA-I-ON, vine of four grape clusters on raised central square within shallow incuse. Noe, Mende 50 (same dies); AMNG III -; SNG ANS 333 (same dies); Dewing 1042 (same dies). VF, attractively toned, minor die rust, obverse double struck. ($3000)
