Egypt. Late Dynasties Period. Circa 26th-30th Dynasties. 664-332 BC. Blue-green faience cast mummiform ushabti (16cm) high. Unadorned head scarf, false beard and tools. Eight lines of inscription dedicating the shabti to the “Wab Priest jaH-jr dj s(w).” (Name means “Thoth that is the one who gives.”). Long crack on bar present. With simple stand.
