Wreathed head of Caesar right / Goddess (Pax or Venus?) standing left, holding caduceus in right hand and scepter in left; L • FLAMINIVS downward to right, III • VIR upward to left. Crawford 485/1; CRI 113; Sydenham 1089; RSC 26; RBW –. Lightly toned, a few light marks and scratches, bankers’ marks on the obverse, flan flaw on the reverse. Fine.
