SCOTLAND. Robert II. 1371-1390. AR Groat (28.5mm, 3.67 g, 1h). Perth mint; Bonagius, moneyer. Crowned bust left; scepter to left, star at base; B behind head; all within tressure of arches with trefoils in spandrels / Long cross pattée; mullets in quarters. SCBI 35 (Ashmolean & Hunterian), –; SCBC 5137. VF, toned, area of flat strike. Very rare.
