SELEUKID EMPIRE. Seleukos II Kallinikos. 246-225 BC. Æ (15.5mm, 3.23 g, 1h). Seleukeia on the Tigris mint. Jugate busts of the Dioskouroi left, the nearer facing slightly left, wearing laureate pilei / Nike standing left, crowning trophy and holding palm frond; bull’s head right at foot of trophy, monogram to outer and inner left. SC 777; HGC 9, 360. Near VF, brown surfaces, some roughness. Rare.
