ISLAMIC, Umayyad Caliphate. temp. 'Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan. AH 65-86 / AD 685-705. Æ Fals (22mm, 4.30 g, 6h). Imperial bust type (Type VII). Hims (Emesa) mint. Struck circa 685-690s. Crowned facing imperial bust, holding globus cruciger; K/AΛ/O/N (= “good”) to left,
bi-hims and pellet-in-annulet to right / Large m; above, star between annulets, Є/M/I-C/H/C across,
