RUSSIA, Empire. Petr III Fyodorovitch. 1762. AR Poltina (32mm, 11.94 g, 12h). Sankt-Peterburg (St. Petersburg) mint; Nazar Kutuzov, mintmaster. Dated 1762. Bareheaded, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Crowned double-headed eagle with arms on breast, holding scepter and cross on orb; 1762 (date) in legend. Bitkin 13; Uzdenikov 935; KM 46.2. Fine, toned, cleaned with numerous hairline scratches. A very rare coin of a very short reign that Bitkin lists as rare.
