M AVRE ANTONEINOS, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / COL AL AVG, Caracalla standing left, holding spear and sacrificing from patera over a lighted altar set before a cult statue of Apollo Smintheus, with patera and bow, facing right on base; between, eagle flying right, carrying head of bull in talons. Near VF, green patina, some minor roughness. Very rare.
