BOEOTIA, Federal Coinage. Circa 395-387 BC. AR Stater (21.5mm, 12.21 g). Boeotian shield / Amphora, fully fluted; bow above, BO-IΩ across field; all within incuse concave circle. BCD Boiotia 8 (same obv. die); SNG Copenhagen –; SNG Manchester 938; BMC 48; Myron Hoard pl. ΣΤ, 3; Traité III 369. EF, lightly toned. The finest known fully fluted amphora on Boeotian coinage.
