Bronze fibula. Roman, 2nd-4th centuries AD. Raised plate fibula with decoration on tail in three lines, a raised central dome, and embellishment on border. Pin is fixed, latch centrally mounted on back.
Maximum length: 53mm. Green patina. Minor chip on bar holding pin, cleaning marks on back, areas of bronze disease in need of treatment.
