Struck 1529-1530. CLEMENS VII PONTIF MAX, bust right, wearing mantum; triskeles stops / POST MVLTA PLVRIMA RESTANT, Christ bound to the pillar in the Antonia Fortress; at feet, rods and crown of thorns. CNORP 271; Forrer pp. 331-332. Near EF, dark brown patina. Fine contemporary issue with contemporary hole for displaying. Extremely rare.
