Dated 1771/0-FM. (flower) CAROLVS · III · D · G · HISPAN · ET IND · REX, crowned coat-of-arms; ·/F/M/(flower) to left, (flower)/8/(flower) to right / (flower) VTRAQUE VNUM (flower), crowned western and eastern hemispheres between crowned and banner-entwined Pillars of Hercules; all set upon waves; below, I77(I/0) between two flowers and two Mexico City mintmarks. Pridmore 16; KM 20 (as Martinique). Countermark: EF, Host Coin: Good VF, attractively toned. Rare, especially in this condition.
