Dated cyclical year 6-8 (1919). “Khải Ðịnh niên tạo” (Made during the reign of Khải Ðịnh); all legends are in Chinese characters / “Tinh ngân nhất lạng” (Silver currency: One Lạng) / Left edge: “Kỷ-vị niên” (Year ‘kỷ-vị’) / Right edge: “Trung Bình hiệu” (‘Trung Bình’ weight standard) / Top: Two concentric square punches (the earth) / Bottom: Two concentric circle punches (the heavens). BN Vietnam Supp. 545 var. (date). Good VF, lightly toned. Unusual with the ‘heavens’ and ‘earth’ markings reversed.
