JUDAEA, Jewish War. 66-70 CE. Æ Prutah (16mm, 2.54 g, 6h). Jerusalem mint. Dated year 2 (67/68 CE). “Year two” (paleo-Hebrew), amphora with broad rim and two handles / “Freedom of Zion” (paleo-Hebrew), vine leaf on tendril. Hendin 6389a (this coin illustrated); TJC 197; Sofaer 15. Even, hard green patina, some light dusting. Good VF. The Hebrew legend on the reverse has an added "vav" on this variety.
