Jerusalem mint. “Yehudah the High Priest and the Council of the Jews” (block-style paleo-Hebrew) within wreath / Two cornucopias splayed outward, adorned with ribbons; pomegranate/poppy between. Hendin 6179; TJC U; Sofaer 192-209. Even brown surfaces. VF. Reverse s slightly off-center.
