A pair of gold earrings. Greek, Hellenistic Period, circa 3rd-2nd centuries BC. (23 mm and 24 mm, respectively). A pair of hollow gold earrings, terminating in heads of Maenads, showing good detail to the features of the nymph. A short sleeve connects this to a wire woven ring, ending in a hook.
