Draped bust right, wearing stephane / Sarapis enthroned left, holding scepter and extending hand to cerberus at feet to left; L Z (date) across field. Köln 2694; Dattari (Savio) 4837; K&G 73.37; RPC VII.2 Online (unassigned; ID 2963); Emmett 3459.7 (R5). Red-brown and green patina. Near VF. Extremely rare, RPC cites seven examples, four of which are in public collections.
