Nicephorus III Botaniates. 1078-1081. Æ Follis (26mm, 6.65 g, 6h). Class I. Constantinople mint. Facing bust of Christ Pantokrator / Latin cross with central X, globus and two pellets at the end of each extremity; crescents to upper left and right, floral scroll to lower left and right. DOC I.1-64; SB 1889. Brown patina. Good VF. Overstruck on a follis of Michael VII (SB 1878).
