Head of Athena right, wearing crested Corinthian helmet decorated with serpent, single-pendant earring, and two pearl necklaces / AΛEΞANΔPOY, Nike standing left, holding wreath in extended right hand and cradling stylis in left arm; vertical thunderbolt in left field. Price 163; Troxell, Studies, Group A; ANS acc. no. 1944.100.320 (same obv. die); Berlin obv. no. 18250656 (same obv. die); SNG Tübingen 1085 (same obv. die). Light scratches, minor edge marks from prior mounting. VF.
