Antoninus Pius. AD 138-161. AR Denarius (18mm, 3.47 g, 12h). Rome mint. Struck AD 145-147. Laureate head right / COS IIII, clasped right hands, holding caduceus and two stalks of grain. RIC III 68 var. (no mention of stalks of grain); RSC 184 (same). Iridescent tone, a little porosity on reverse, edge split. Good VF.
