Nero. AD 54-68. Æ Sestertius (35mm, 23.04 g, 12h). Uncertain Balkan/Thracian mint. Struck circa AD 63. Laureate bust right, wearing aegis / Nero on horse prancing right, with foot-soldier to right advancing right, looking left, holding up vexillum. Cf. RIC I 107; cf. WCN 74; CNG E-128, lot 299. Brown surfaces, brassy highlights. Near VF. Centration marks on both sides are the tell tale signs that this coin was not struck in Rome. Rare.
