Augustus. 27 BC-AD 14. AR Denarius (20.5mm, 3.67 g, 6h). Uncertain Spanish mint (Colonia Caesaraugusta?). Struck 19-18 BC. Head left, wearing oak wreath / Two laurel branches (or trees) upright. RIC I 33b; RSC 48. Wonderful old cabinet toning, banker’s mark and scratch on obverse, edge test cut and edge marks. VF. A pretty coin in hand.
